October Yoga

Looking forward to welcoming you to Sunday Yoga this October at The Space to Pause in Penguin.

These sessions are designed to be relaxed and nurturing, offering you time to slow down, check in with how you’re feeling—mentally and emotionally—and respond with care.

Yoga mats, bolsters, and eye pillows will be provided. Please wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely, and you may like to bring a blanket for extra warmth and comfort.
